Jennifer Dopkins is a photographer and artist currently based in the Washington DC area.

With a BFA in Graphic Design, the development of her creative practice began with design but soon lead to an exploration with other mediums. She is motivated and inspired by visual storytelling through all kinds of disciplines, with a deep love for not only design, but photography, film, music, and all forms of narrative through creative expression. Primarily exploring her voice through photography, she is guided by the magic that coexists in the earth and its people. She makes pictures fueled by the wordless and ineffable, the mysterious space that can only be equated with the divine. People and land become mystical characters, because they are.
